Error with no explanation

Error produced:

Code producing this error:

$pdf = new PDFMerger;

$sequence_count = count($_SESSION['pdf_merge_sequence']);

$pdf->addPDF(get_file_name(), 'all');
$_SESSION['pdf_merge_counter']++;
}

$pdf->merge('file', get_merged_file_name());

$pdf1 = new PDFMerger;

$pdf1->addPDF('samplepdfs/one.pdf')
->addPDF('samplepdfs/two.pdf')
->addPDF('samplepdfs/three.pdf')
->merge('file', 'samplepdfs/TEST2.pdf');

The above code provided with the sample also does not work. Moving to another library. Too many obvious bugs.

0 errors are produced when the merging is set to 'download' instead of 'file'. Please figure this out and fix it.
